Upon successful verification of your order, Sellyig initiates processing and shipping within 2-4 business days. This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays, ensuring efficient handling of your purchase.

Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery is typically completed within 2-4 days. This means that from the moment you place the order, you can anticipate receiving it within a total timeframe of 5-7 business days.

For customers seeking expedited delivery, our express shipping option guarantees your order’s arrival within 1-2 days post-shipment.

Rates:

We are pleased to offer free shipping for all prepaid orders, enhancing the overall value of your Sellyig shopping experience.

Should you require a faster delivery option, express shipping is available at a reasonable rate of $1.21. This ensures flexibility in choosing the shipping method that best suits your needs while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

Returns:

Our returns policy spans a 7-day window from the date of delivery. Should 7 days pass since you received your order, we, unfortunately, cannot facilitate a return or exchange.

Returns are accepted solely under the following circumstances:

Misprinted, damaged, defective, or lost in transit items.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at [email protected]. Ensure your email includes details of the issue, supported by a video. Upon verification, we will promptly offer you a free replacement, a full refund, or store credits, based on your preference. If a refund is opted for, it will be processed within 10-14 business days to your bank account. Notably, there is no reverse pickup charge for returns.

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible if washing care guidelines are not adhered to, resulting in print wash-off or fading. Refer to the wash care instructions stated in the product descriptions.

Exchanges:

The quickest method for an exchange is to place a new order for your desired item(s) and return the item(s) you no longer require for a refund.

After placing the new order, inform us of the new order number so we can initiate the reverse pickup. Upon the arrival of your original item(s) at our warehouse, we will process your refund, deducting a reverse pickup and restocking charge of $1.8 per item, along with any applicable shipping charges if applicable to your original payment method.
